Women of the Field is not a training where you learn to work from fixed formats, scripted sentences or controlled step-by-step plans.
This is a field for women who are willing to facilitate constellations with boldness. A field where truth becomes more important than certainty — where you learn to receive what is and let go of the urge to fix, explain or steer.
Here, soul retrieval is not a concept. It is what happens when you stop performing and start listening — to the field, to the family line, to the wisdom that lives in the body.

You won't learn here how it's supposed to be done or how to become a 'good' facilitator according to rigid structures. You learn to stay present when it gets intense. In this training, you develop not only the craft of constellations, but above all your own relationship with your soul and the field. You work with family constellations as a living practice — tracing the invisible loyalties, entanglements and patterns that run through generations. And you bring that same depth into the professional realm, where business wisdom emerges not from strategy alone, but from being aligned with what truly wants to move.

Women of the Field is not a linear programme. It is an initiation — into soul retrieval, into the living language of family constellations and into the kind of business wisdom that comes from being deeply rooted in who you are.
Rather than learning a method step by step, you develop a different relationship with not-knowing, with truth, and with yourself in the field. What emerges is not a learned way of facilitating, but an embodied way of being present.

I went looking for the truth.
I signed up for advanced trainings. I followed the protocols. I used the right words, took the right steps. I was a good student.
And still — something wasn't right.
The shift happened when I let go. During a constellation, I put the protocol aside. Not because I knew better, but because I was more curious than I was afraid. I started to experiment. To feel. To pay attention to what was actually happening in the room, instead of what was supposed to happen according to the method.
And there it was.
Not in the technique. Not in the right words. In me. In the willingness to be present without knowing what would come next.
I am classically trained with a deep-rooted foundation in family and organisational constellations. Soul retrieval, generational healing and business wisdom are not separate disciplines to me — they are the same conversation. The same call back to yourself.
The real work began when I left the beaten path and started following the field in my own way — with the body as compass, silence as teacher, and the soul as guide. With music and mysticism, constellations become not only a movement of the soul, but rituals that move generations.
Women of the Field is the space I wish had existed when I was searching.

In addition to the live days you are asked to meet with your peer consultation group and practise. You will receive reading recommendations and, in all likelihood, your personal process will be touched. Please consider whether you can make this commitment.

There is a wonderful offer of classical family constellation programmes and trainings. What makes Women of the Field distinct is that you go beyond technique and theory. You actually unlearn. Soul retrieval happens not as a separate module, but as a living undercurrent throughout the entire programme. Business wisdom is woven in not as a bonus, but as an invitation — to bring everything you are into the work you do. You are invited to sink deeper into the field, let living wisdom flow through you, and develop the trust to follow your intuition.

For leaders, coaches, therapists, body-oriented facilitators, and women who want to learn to hold the systemic field in their work.
You are familiar with the foundations of systemic work and have experience with constellations — as facilitator and/or representative. If constellations are entirely new to you, this training is not for you.

After the training, you can confidently follow your intuition, recognise systemic dynamics, speak healing sentences, and facilitate group constellations from deep presence and attunement with the field.
You will have moved through your own process of soul retrieval — reclaiming the parts of yourself that went quiet. You will carry a living understanding of family constellations and how generational patterns shape the present. And you will have integrated that depth as business wisdom — knowing how to bring all of this into the room with clients, teams, and organisations.
But something else happens at the same time.
You become part of a living fabric of women who each, in their own place, make a difference. In families, organisations, communities, and across generations. What begins to move here does not stop with you. It travels further.
That is the unexpected gift. The ripple that becomes a wave in the world.
